Welcome! After leaving my real job just over a year ago, I have had lots of time to try and figure out what I want to do with the rest of my life, since finding a job at the age of 54 in todays market is like fishing in a mud puddle. But, like other unemployed Americans, I spend a lot of time surfing the internet, looking for ways to make or save money. After all, I am on a limited income, and I am not willing to sacrifice that life style to which I had become so accustomed. It does mean however, that I had to make some changes in my life, none of which were all that difficult, in fact they were all good changes, and if I ever do get a real job again, I will probably keep the changes I made. So, at some point it occurred to me, that I am not the only one in this boat, and perhaps it would be nice to share all of the good stuff I have found and learned, and maybe that would help other slugs like me. Well, that is what this site is all about, and the best place to start is by going through he pages listed above (necessities, etc.) Oh, and by all means, feel free to leave comments.
